Enterprise Travel Systems, Inc.

Company History

Enterprise Travel Systems, Inc. (ETSI) was incorporated on July 31, 2001. ETSI is the result of collective efforts between executives at The Cain Travel Group, Inc., and EnterSolve Inc. Cain Travel was founded in 1975 , and today is Colorado's 6th largest travel agency with annual sales of $50.0 million. EnterSolve was founded in 1998 to address growing technology needs, and today is a leading provider of e-Business consulting services ranging from small organizations that require mentoring in the development and architecture of databases and custom solutions, to leading large enterprises leveraging internet technology and ERP systems to build relationships with vendors, suppliers and consumers. ETSI combines the infrastructure and operational know-how of a technologically savvy travel agency with the development expertise of a Microsoft Solutions Provider. Cain Travel and EnterSolve teamed up in early 1999 and through the use of proprietary software development and implementation practices, Cain Travel was able to dramatically achieve the following goals: Assimilate new business at a rapid pace by activating entire companies for online & offline use within 30 minutes; Reduce overhead costs by cutting approximately $100,000 from overhead through the use of profile sync capabilities and; Drive adoption levels up, achieved 8% company wide adoption through the use of their profile sync capabilities. These achievements have established Cain Travel as a leader with regard to online travel adoption and activation. ETSI was formed as a separate entity in order to market these profile sync capabilities (Profolio) out to the travel industry. Today, ETSI has added additional offering to its clientele such as integrated back-office reporting tools and marketing campaigns. ETSI is currently developing CRM applications that extend Profolio's functionality to allow integration with other web based services.
